We stand behind Pulse Qure. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (not the order date).

How Returns Work

• Email help@pulsequre.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with all components and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your device arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible, but your 30-day guarantee still applies after delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
